I’m Alice, a qualified Integrative Therapist in Maidstone, Kent, dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I believe in empowering you to discover your inner strength and resilience through personalised, integrative therapy tailored to your needs.

My approach uses evidence-based therapeutic models, including Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. This allows me to provide a flexible, tailored counselling experience that supports your personal growth and emotional wellbeing.

I’m a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and adhere to their professional and ethical standards. You can trust that your therapy is conducted in a safe, confidential, and respectful environment.

WHY I DO THIS

For me, counselling isn’t just a profession — it’s personal. My path into this work began long before my training. Growing up, I saw how mental health struggles can ripple through families. I also saw how, with the right support, people can heal — and that healing can transform many lives.

As I faced adulthood challenges, I sought counselling. Sitting on the other side of the room gave me a profound appreciation for being truly heard and understood. It was a humbling, life-changing experience that strengthened my belief in the power of human connection and the courage to ask for help.

That experience drives me every day. I do this work because I know how it feels to seek clarity, hope, or a space to breathe. I want to offer others the compassion and understanding that helped me find my footing.

A free 15-minute consultation after your first contact to understand your needs and discuss the best approach for your therapy journey.

Therapy is a journey, and we focus on building a strong, trusting relationship between client and therapist to explore your thoughts, feelings, and personal challenges in a safe, supportive environment.

A course of therapy typically lasts at least 12 weeks, with the option to continue if needed.

Weekly 50-minute sessions

From £50 per 50-minute session

The therapy room is not wheelchair accessible, as there are three steps at the entrance.

We’ll meet in a peaceful outdoor room here in Maidstone.

It’s private, cosy, and feels a world away from daily life.
